I had a very busy weekend & wasn't able to smoke anything
I decided to throw a pork butt in to eat tomorrow.
Here is a 9lb butt with a nice coating of rub.
I warmed up the MES & threw it in.
Just after putting in. I added a screen of salt also - with a long smoke like this it should come out great. Smoker temp is 225* running Pitmaster's Choice pellets.
