My name is Brian and live in Gardner ks, I have been bbqing since around 1998 or so. Until yesterday; when i took delivery of a YS640, i have been an offset cooker. I have 2 of them, one is a pull type trailer rig, the backyard one is a 24 inch 925lb stick burner. I have been looking at the Yoder since they come out with a pellet grill. Time will tell how much I will like the pellet grill, think i will always have a soft spot in my heart for the sick burners. I cook 2-3 contests a year and have had my name called several times and even have a GC under my belt.
