Hello guys and gals. Ive been on this forum for a little over a year but the past few weeks Ive really had the itch to get me a smoker. I opted to go with the ease of the electric type and tonight I went to Gander Mountain and spent a little $. Im sure I overpaid as Ive been lookin at pricing online but it was a spur of the moment thing and I had to have it RIGHT NOW. I ended up getting the MES30. I took off a little early from work today and went to the store and bought some goodies and came home and got me a fattie all prepped and ready to throw in my new toy tomorrow. I didnt even have the smoker until after I was done making the fattie. I was planning on doing my 1st 1 in the oven but then I said WTH. Lets go spend some more cash I dont have. SO HERE I AM. Ill try to post a finished pic tomorrow after its done.
