Hello!  

My name is Pat and I am from Cleveland Ohio.   My gf got me a Brinkman Electric smoker for Xmas and I am really excited to start smoking some awesome cuisine for everyone I know!!  I am most excited to use the smoker to throw bbq parties and share the goodness with everyone!  

I enjoy all outdoor activities from mountain biking to mountaineering so outdoor smoking only makes sense!  I am really looking forward to meeting people on this forum and gaining and sharing as much knowledge as possible.
