New to the forum, signed up in search of a few fridge smoker plans. I've always had a passion for cooking and done a few simple smoking recipes years ago with some jerky but would like to really dive into the world of BBQ even deeper. Im an avid outdoors man so the majority of my meat will be from any game that falls to my stick and string or rod and reel. Looking forward to learning from alot of you guys as there seems to be a vast majority of info on here. Too much info if thats even possible lol! But I figure I've gotta start somewhere
