After months of telling my wife how bad I've wanted to try smoking, she finally bought me a Masterbuilt smoker for Christmas. Needless to say I'm new to the game, but I do have several friends already into it. My father in law told me immediately to join these forums and I would have answers to anything I needed to know. After looking around I think he was dead on.
I have a ton to learn but am looking forward to the challenge. As with every other hobby I've ever had I'll dive on head first and go balls to the wall. Tomorrow I'm trying a pork loin and Jeff's bacon wrapped chicken breasts. I've already learned so much here and can't wait to learn more!
