Hello SMF community and Merry Christmas! I'm not new to smoking meats but I wouldn't say I'm a pro. I started out on a charcoal smoker but ended up moving and had to sell it. After a few years off, I recently picked up a Cajun Injector electric smoker and I had a few questions about it. I'm living in Iowa where we have some pretty cold winters. How well do these types of smokers hold temps in single digit weather? Is this something I'm going to have to wait until spring to use? here is the smoker in question.......

I have this brand smoker from a few years back it is the same as the MES. Anyone with a MES that lives in a cold climate can answer this question. I have used mine in the low 30's with no problem but have not used it in the single digit temps.
