Hey everybody, I've been lurking for awhile and finally joined this site. I'm very new to smoking and have a masterbuilt 30" electric. I've made venison summer sausage, snack sticks, jerky, and just roasted two mallards for the first time last weekend. So far everything has turned out very good. I look forward to learning more about smoking. Larry
