Hello everybody,My name is Don and I live on the Alabama Gulf coast. I have only been smoking for about a year
(MES 40) but grilling all my life. All the seafood is now cooked on the smoker. We have smoked around 30-40
slabs of baby backs, a turkey breast or some chicken breast EVERY week (wife loves it), She said she likes
"my" new hobby...LOL
The food comes out so good thanks to all wonderful people on this forum (I've been snooping around on you
guys for a year) just want to say again, hello and thanks.
