AZ now, originally NY.
Hi, My name is Rich.

I am retired, living in AZ originally from NY. I have a gas grill, gas smoker and two electric smokers.

I have dabbled in smoking turkeys, chickens, roast beef, prime ribs, pork shoulders and brisket in my gas and electric smokers.

I am interested in finding new tastes and ideas. And new friends who are wanting the same.

I do not consider myself a pro at smoking but have had very few flops and none that I couldn't fix.

Although I have had good results with my smoking attempts I am looking forward to learning a lot more and getting better at it.
