Baby Backs - Info please: I am interested if anyone has experience on cooking baby backs by smoking (on Bradley) for about an hour or so,  then finishing using a slow cooker for several hours. Appreciate any info you have on this type combination cooking.

Not done that, but I've smoked them till almost done, then put them on my gas grill to finish them off and glaze the bbq sauce. Turned out great

Thnx Rexster; I haven't tried it either. I like BB's both ways - just thinking about combining methods.

Smokers are Slow Cookers and the Bradley like other Electrics is pretty much set it and for get it. So I am not sure what you are trying to accomplish...JJ

I agree with the 2-2-1 method and don't know what a slow cooker could do that a smoker can't.
