Some like it Hot! - Started a batch of Chipotle Cheese and Habanero (elk with 10% pork fat) - Should be mighty tasty...

Used some AC Legg #116, Butcher-Packer had Chipotle Cheese on sale half off.

Figured I better add some chopped Jalapenos for color, they really don't have much in the heat department.

Should be tasty with the Chipotle Cheese.

   That's some good self control!  If I had access to it there would probably only be a pound left
