going to season the smoker ......how long do you run it for when itis seasoned .. racks and all right? thanks cindy in st clair mi
 
Its good to run at least 4hrs with wood to smoke ,soaked for 1 hr of course, get good smokie roll going brown er up a tad, gett all the innards good and hot to clean all of the new out of it..Good luck and keep a smokin

Today is a good day for doing that for sure....And allso spray down the insides witk some olive oil , or some pam to make a god krustty start inside the smoker, I wouldint put racks in till after3 hrs of burn just to warm them up is all..
