But. . . .

Who doesn't?

I just ordered a MES 40 from Amazon (will be delivered tomorrow) and an AMNPS so it looks like I will be smoking more and hanging out here more as well.

I have been grilling for years as my 30 year old Webber kettle can attest.  I have some smoking under my belt, but working with the Webber, or my gas grill has been too labor intensive, so I was looking for an easier way, and I think I have found it.

I have been reading these forums and others for a few days and really appreciate the vast amount of knowledge available here.  Anyway I am glad to be here and will see you around.
