Hahaha the problem is most of it is smoked or it's elk from this years kill so it's not tooo much hording :) BUT still it's packed and it's time to wrap up some smoking! Chicken sausage for grams, elk jerky, SS, fresh sausage, trout dog food, etc etc.. time for a football party! I'll be ready for the super bowl, that's for sure!

Mine is packed cause the BF is leaving for 2 weeks of waterfowl hunting on Friday! Homemade Bacon (5 lbs for him), 4 lbs unsalted butter (homemade), 4 lbs salted butter (homemade), eggs, cheese (smoked and non smoked), ham, jalapenos, homemade salsa, homemade watermelon pickles, Budweiser, couple bottles of wine, egg nog and ta da 6 different types of mustard (no yellow).

Wine, misc soda, wine coolers, fridge behind the bar.
The fridge on the deck is only stocked in the warmer months.

My Hero.Guess I have another fridge too - The little one in my shop always & without fail has beer & shine & usually water...
These days, my freezers are packed to the gills with 300 calorie frozen dinners. We're on a 1000 calorie, lo-carb, high protein diet supplement plan.
I might get back to REAL food next Spring or Summer. Got a lot of weight to lose.

I love this question! As a self proclaimed "home chef" (ex restaurateur, and caterer) I always get asked what I keep as staples in my fridge. 3 is a hard number to stop at. Hmmmm.

I agree it is hard to narrow it down to only 3 items.
Just put yourself in an interview or first time meeting a Team of leaders. You have run your interview/ meeting through your head a 1000 times. Then out of nowhere you are asked this question. Here we have time to think and no one staring at you waiting for your answer. The reactions we get are priceless. I must admitt the first time I was asked it threw me.
Keep them coming..
