good morning fellow smokers. My name is Kenny, i live in brevard county( where the space shuttle use to go up at) in a town called Palm bay. I've been cooking and smoking for several years now but never did any comps. I use a custom built 120 gal. trailer pit. i like to smoke for my friends and family on the weekends, i occasionally do some big cooks for weddings or parties. i mainly smoke wild pork that i catch in my traps or shoot. I have done a brisket, turkeys for thankgiving, and ribs( my favorite to eat), chicken and fish. Thanks for adding me.
