Good Afternoon Everyone,

My name is Alise.  I live in Delaware with my husband and daughter.  I purchased a smoker in July (Weber Smokey Mountain Cooker 22.5").  The first thing I smoked was 6 racks of baby back ribs and a 17 lb brisket (this was for a huge party we were had in August).  Everything came out really well.  My friend & co-worker told me about this site.  I am looking forward to meeting new people and learning new techniques.

Thank you
