Hi fellow smokers, I'm Dave live in south jersey. Relatively new to the smoking game have a little horizontal smoker my bought me for Christmas last year. I do a lot of jerky, ribs, little bit of brisket. Looking to build my first smoker out of an empty drum and BBQ a lot more.
