First time chicken quarters on my off road MES 40...Q-view ??

Getting ready for kick off tomorrow. Did some chicken quarters, OLD BAY, and FAMOUS DAVE's . They look good...wont tast them till tomorrow, but they seemed very juicy when I took them out.

Gonna do spares and baby backs to be ready around half-time.

LOVE LOVE LOVE my MES 40. I put the off road package on this morning.

I am gonna attempt Q-view....
