My name is Richard. I go into smoking since my wife bought me a smoker for Christmas. After some problems maintaining heat and some laughable results, I have gotten pretty good at it. It is to the point now that my family is calling me to smoke stuff for birthday parties, events and holidays. I am joining the forums to find/share some tips, recipes to take it to the next level.
