Hello everyone!  I am George and live in the mountains of central Colorado.  I just purchased a Brinkmann Smoke'n Grill and will be looking here for tips and hints on smoking.  I just used it for the first time today and made some baby backs.  I dont think I used enough charcoal as the fire died down after only 2 hours and I had to add more.  They still came out pretty good and the next time will be better!

Welcome...several of us started with that smoker...in order for it to perform well, you'll need to make few modifications to it. Just search for ECB mods and you should be good to go. Happy Smokin'.
