Hello to all, my name is Zharar Mckoy and I am a new smoker.
I have always loved to grill and bbq and have now graduated to a brinkman 2 door vertical smoker. So far I have smoked a whole chicken, a rack of spare ribs and a pork shoulder.
All of them tasted great but the tender part I am hoping to gain some knowledge from some of the experience here at SMF. Thanks for the welcome see you.
