Three Ladies of the Yard........

I started this post yesterday with the Kids on General discussion showing them and the beginning of the

brine and the raw birds...

Now ,at 11am. , I got out and started the fire...

smoke looking good...

ready for the smoke-brined in S/P/Garlic and 2 Lime I had laying around...

Getting there...

caught sleeping on the job...

skin tore as I removed it, It was falling apart...
