what internal temp should i shoot for med rare on eye of round??

I would pull it out at about 135 IT.

Internal temp no higher than 130-135* for medium rare. Remember if you are going to foil it and let it rest for a bit, the IT will continue to climb a few degrees.

thanks...dad over-cooked it a tad but it was still tasty... i didnt get here in time to pull it! he got busy cooking alot of other things.
