how to post a video clip from a file

I would like to post a video I did on my camera but am not having any luck can some one help me

It needs to be hosted somewhere like youtube.
Once it's hosted it's a cinch to post.

So how do you post from youtube?

You put the link to the video between this code.....

Like this.....

[VIDEO][/VIDEO]

Clicking on the video icon

beside the image icon will pop up the code.
