Hello everyone. This is Craig from Iowa City, Iowa. Bought a Master Forge smoker last weekend and did a turkey for fathers day. Was very good for my first time using the smoker. After doing an internet search on using smokers, I found this web site and decided to join. Hoping to find good recipes and some expert advice on using the smoker.
