My name is Steve, I have two Weber gas grills, one Weber charcoal grill and a Brinkman Electic smoker. I grill alot but simce I recently retired I thought I would start using my smoker more. Going to buy me a Brisket as soon as SAM's gets some more in and I'm going to smoke my first brisket. I've smoked Ribs, Chickens, Hams, Boston Butts and Prime rib and they all tuned out well but never a Brisket,. So this will be a first for me. I'll have to study up on the internet. The reason I joined was I'm looking for a better way to put the wood in the bottom of the smoker (like a small smoker box?) because I get tired of having to clean the ashes out of the lava rocks. Anyone have any Ideas on the subject?
