So I recently got a food saver vacuum sealer. Woot!! I vacuum sealed up my 7# pork shoulder from last night in to meal size portions and threw them in the freezer for another day or 7. Now I am wondering what is the best way to heat them back up when I pull them out of the freezer. Any suggestions?

I reheat mine in the bag in a pot of water. I seems to keep it from drying out. I am aslo very careful about the heat, don't want to melt the bag.If the bag melted I think the pp would be too moist

I often cook a lot of meat at once to use for future lunches and dinners. Reheating in the bag works great. Make sure to put all of the liquid back in with the meat after resting. It will help keep it moist.
