.

figure if she can put up with me that many years the least I can do is make her a nice steak dinner !!!!!

I started a post asking what the best Steak to grill and had a lot of votes for Ribeye. So went to our Butcher

and told him I wanted 2" thick ribeyes. He went in the back and cut two for us.

27 years...Congratulations!!!!!!  Those are some beautiful steaks and just the way we like them. You can post your photos tomorrow, because today is for the two of you!

I haven't smoked any ribeyes or Prime Rib, so I'm curious to the details, at a later time!

Great looking steak! I never would have thought of doing this. I have gas grill and a smoker. Gas grills don't add much flavor to meat. But if I smoke the steaks for a little while and then finish the steaks on the gas grill that would be giving me the smoke flavor I miss cooking on the gas grill.

Great looking meals!!! Don't ya just love steak and eggs? Thanks for sharing and the dessert recipe as well.

We haven't smoked any steaks yet...we have a gas grill that boyfriend adds a dozen charcoal briquettes to when we have them on the grill.
