Long time lurker too SMF, it has been my go to site for a while now. Discovered fatties here an have made breakfast, pizza, and cordon blue, with only one blow out. I"m becoming a hero, especially my football friends with this forums creations.

I just finished a butt (4th one) on the Q, and thought I should finally do my roll call intro and THANK EVERYBODY!

I usually use my Weber kettle, but also have an offset built with a 55 gallon drum used for larger Q's. There is so much info here that their hasn't been a need to post any questions, that speaks volumes of this site. I hope to help out when needed, but will try too be an asset with what I have learned.

There are a few people I really want to thank, but I think it's better to thank everybody here for such a wealth of knowledge!!!
