Making some pizza brat sticks from some of the venison.
Here is the mix from Excalibur
Supposed to be fresh but i added 1 t cure #1 to the mix.
4 lbs of venison with 1 lb fatty poke butt cut in.
To whooped to smoke today. Do tomorrow.
This is the lube i use on my stuffer gears and main rod as well as for my grinder end shaft.
