I am new to the forums. I browsed around for a couple of days and saw a lot of good information so I decided to join up. My name is Ryan. I am 22. I live in Cookeville, TN. I am the assistant manager at the Sprint store here. I recently purchased a cheapo Brinkmann. For $38 this is a nice little smoker. My one, and only, smoke so far was a picnic roast for pulled pork sandwiches. Turned out good, but I have had better barbeque. Look forward to learning more
