Here is something I like to put on the grill as a side. We use about 3 pounds of brussel sprouts cut in have (depending on size) in boiling water just till are about have cooked. While this is going we fry 1 pound think cut bacon. Once bacon and sprouts are ready we mix this the bacon fat, butter, pepper, and either garlic powder or pressed garlic in a disposable pan. Then place on smoker/grill till done. Enjoy
