Hey All,

This is my first foray into BBQ other than some grilled dishes that I would hesitate to call BBQ.  Right now I will be working off of a little electric Master Forge Dome smoker and hope one day with enough pleading and good BBQ my wife will ok the move to a larger unit.

Right now I plan on doing PP, ribs, chicken and maybe sausage, but I would love to move into trying some cheeses and making my own sauces as well.

Thanks in advance Shane.
