I've just got more serious about smoking after getting my large Big Green Egg. I'm still learning to time things right and be faster in my prep work. I've had the hardest time keeping the Egg below 300. So you can call me a cheater because I bought the DigiQ DX2 from BBQ Guru and my first whole brisket was AWESOME. I've smoked 1 turkey and tonight I'm attempting my second pork shoulder.
I've done lots of ribs and beer can chickens. So that's my story so far.
I have a 5 month old so not sure how often I'll get to log on but I'll try to remember to check in.
