Ok, got a good deal today and picked up 2 pork butts (5-6lb each) and 1 beef bottom round (4lb).

I just love dusted them and in the fridge.

I will be starting them tomorrow morning about 7am. We will be eating the bottom round for dinner tomorrow and butts for a pulled pork feat for Thurs.

Im guessing for the bottom about 6-7hrs to hit 145 pull and wrap in time for dinner and let the butts sit out and smoke for about an extra 3-4hrs or IT of 200 pull and foil.

Butts will be for pulled sammies and will be trying a finishing sause I found on here.

Smoker is all foiled and AMAPS is filled and ready for work.

QView will be ahead.

Any tips if I'm missing anything? Only my 3rd smoke with my MS 30"
