My first time making this. Granted, I did alot of research before I began this process and it definitely helped.

 

The players were 9 lbs of well trimmed Picnic, TSM Italian sweet seasoning and stuffed into 29-32 hog casings.

 

Here we go.

Todd,  this is the LEM 10 lb dual gear stuffer. Works great!

Six per bag!?! Lookin' that good, I would have to pack twice that many if anyone else planned on eating!...JJ

Each bag is @1.25lbs. That's really why it did it this way. But yes, there aren't a whole lot of bags left right now. biggrin.gif
