Found this site by accident and glad I did...have been cooking and smoking meat for years with wood and charcoal, just got into a propane fuel source. Like it so far, a smoke hollow 41170H, have made about 15lbs jerky, smoked 4 butts and smoked some sausage in about a month with it.
Look forward to learning some and sharing some knowledge down the road...
