tri-tip roast

ok here is a little Q-view, altho the picture seems to have washed out the gorgeous color of the roast 480



all tucked away in my MES30 using hickory sawdust, with a pan of beef broth and onion slice to catch the drippings,

the plan is to turn this into beef on weck

ok here is the finish to our dinner


Could have used a lil more brown sugar I think


And the roast, nice and rare and tender!



and a couple of shots of the Beef on Weck


no one here likes horseradish sauce or Caraway seed so we omitted that part..




Love Steamed Cabbage it went perfectly with this sandwhich

Thanks fellas it was good bmudd gave me the info on hot to smoke this roast and it was awesome!
