I've been poking around here on and off for a while and just decided to join.

Im from Hutchinson and Im a machine operator for a mfg. company here in town.

Been smokin for years (all-though sometimes it doesn't taste like it....lol) on a stick burner or a treager.

Im in the process of building a reverse flow cabnet smoker now. Just kinda winging it.....never seen one in person, so not sure how that will work-out.....lol. I'll post pictures if I can figure out how, just got me a cell phone for Christmas.

Anyway....nice site

Hello Hotdog, and welcome aboard!  You'll find there are many very creative and talented people here who would enjoy assisting you/giving advice on your build project.  I have always been impressed by the many amazing rigs built by members here.

Welcome Hotdog from Hutch. I am from Wellington myself and quite familar with your town.  Spent 2 yrs at juco and still get back there a couple times a year.  Have to have my Anchor Inn fix..  This is the site I go to whenever I need some info on doing my BBQ.

have fun,

Mike

Welcome my favorite emulsified sausage and friend... Look forward to seeing what you come up with on your smoker.. I have a vertical propane smoker that I'm thinking about adding an optional firebox to the side so I can go to competitions.. Most do not allow electric or propane smokers. Ugh.. Again, look forward to seeing what you do.. Happy Smoking, Smokin - K

Welcome aboard!

Easy way is to store pics on puter.  Top of the text box, there is an icon to insert images. Just roll ur mouse slowly on those icons and their function will appear in text.

Good luck and good smoking.
