Just wanted to introduce myself.  I am BBQ-Boy aka Carl Mueller.  I'm from near West Palm Beach, Fl and an avid smoker.  I currently

have 4 smokers, 3 grills, a Big Easy IR Turkey fryer and a gas cajun turkey fryer. My smokers are a custom Klose smoker built in Houston, a Traeger texas pellet smoker, a Primo oval smoker grill, and a cabinet type smokey mountian.  I also have 2 weber kettles and a gas grill.  Do I need anymore equipment? I am retired so I have plenty of time to cook.  I am a former Army chinook (ch-47)

pilot and an IBM engineer.  I love computers also 2 dual processor Mac Pros, 4 PCs and a laptop for the motor home.  I look forward to conversing with you folks about smoking and hardware.

First off welcome to SMFthere Carl. You'll really like this place for there are a bunch of really good folks here that would just love to help you with just about anything to do with smoking meat. Then if you have any questions you just post them here or yu can try in chat for a faster answer. If you are really new to all of this I would recommend that you look up and take the e-course. It is free and it will also give you the basics on smoking. So with all that said now go and get something to smoke.
