The recipe would lead me to think a little spicey.  The pics just make me hungry.  And then you throw in the smoked cheese?

Thanks guys, as far as the heat goes I would call it mildly hot. The heat comes on slowly, when you first taste it it seems mild, but then you begin to taste the heat. On a heat scale of 1-10, I would give it a 6.
