Hi everyone.  Been reading these fourms for a while since I have bought my new MES Analogue Smoker.  The smoker is great and makes smoking pretty easy for someone like me.  I am married with two kids and one on the way so don't have alot of time to tend to a smoker all weekend, but the electric smoker seems to work perfect for me cause i can set it up and hang out outside with the kiddos while making us a delicious supper!!    I have only smoked a ham on it but i am trying Baby Back ribs on it tomorrow and looking forward to it.  I have already learned alot from this site and i am looking forward to learing alot more!!
