Ever think about doing half a calf or whole pig? With a pig you'll have people up all night to turn a spit and tend a fire. You can snack on the ribs and hocks for lunch, the butts are done for dinner. Just saying
If someone from South Louisiana could find a Cochon de Lait and get there on Thursday, you'd have something.

I was just thinking about the table dancing....................NOT please not I know Joel would do it in a heart beat. Specially after the shine comes out. Now the pig idea is good we did one a few years back and it was good. Then the more I think maybe Ricks idea might have been the best me 30lbs lighter I could maybe have a 3-4 one of Sandy's Cinnammon rolls they are the bomb.
