I have 3 loins and 2 fatties im doing tomm. I use the amnps for smoke. My question is seing how both of these are relatively short smokes would it make sense to light both ends of the amnps? I do plan on using hicory or pecan. I'm thinking 3ish hrs of cook time, didn't know if one lit end would give me enough smoke flavor or even possibly lighting the other end half way through the cook. Ideas?
