Me too! Basically what I do is use equal amount of beef, pork & veal. I use a seasoning pouch from a Croatian company called "Podravka". It's one pouch per pound of meat.
There's a local guy I know who makes chevapi, and I haven't been able to duplicate his recipe yet. They are my absolute favourite. So far, using the podravka spice pack is close, but not quite there.
