Oh man where to start.

I deer and hog hunt in SW arkansas on my dads farm, but I live in the panhandle of Texas. So I process my own deer.

I have a #32 electric stainless grinder, a 15 lb stuffer, 25lb mixer, meat slicer, stainless tables etc etc.

Ive got several pieces of equipment to turn into smokers, a proofer/warmer, and several server cabinets. So lookin to learn and share. Hoping to start curing and smoking some product.

Well you got to narrow it down a little. I was born and raised in Lubbock and the Panhandle is pretty big. Where in the area??  LOL

I live right outside a town called Borger, about 45 NE of Amarillo, or about 3 hrs drive from Lubbock.
