I have a Brinkmann Professional Dual Zone Heavy Duty Charcoal Grill seen here.
I got it used not long ago and haven't tried smoking in it yet, but was wondering if I could? If someone on this forum has used it as such? It's got no smoke stack/baffle. The back of the lid has a lip that allows smoke to escape. I can drop one of the charcoal plates to the bottom on one side and remove half of the center plate and raise the opposite charcoal plate all the way up (where the meet would be), but again, with the lip in the lid that allows smoke to escape, would this be a problem? Any mods I can do with this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!! Thanks in advance!!!
