I am Tate from Sacramento, CA.I would say that I have achieved pretty much expert status at smoking. I also bake, cook, and ferment / can all sorts of stuff. My latest is a Kimchi that I made with purple cabbage and I used leek flower stems instead of green onions.
I also have a brew going right now that uses brown sugar and lavender that is quite tasty.
