Well..............I might as well jump in and build me one too. Picked this up for 200 bucks. I am guessing it should take me about a year to build. I'm not as aggressive as I use to be. Will probably be doing some measuring at the SELA gathering. Dont have any plans.... Just going to find one I like and draw it up and make a replica........

Wanted a 250 gal but this was a 320. I can always take a section out or I can cut the end off and add the smoke box with the shelving..... Its all up smoke right now....................

Joe,

Don't know what you will be measuring at SELA but that is one huge smoker,  I'll have my 36 and Rick will have his 48 for sure.  You could fit about 3 of the Lang 36s and maybe two of the Lang 48s in there.

I will do something like this

One of the local gas companies said they'd give me an old one.  I need to go by and get it.  Seeing these is gettin me itchy to start!

Good luck on the build Joe if I can help ya with any info just PM me. That tank looks bigger than a 320 to me

started today by removing 24 1/2 inches from the center. I did a search on 250 gal propane dimensions and found the length is 93 inches. Now I need to haul it to my buddys shop down the street so I can weld it together on a level concrete floor........
